North:
From Boston follow Interstate 93 S to Rt. 24 S (Exit 4). Stay on Rt. 24 S,
passing by Fall River, MA. Continue Southwest on Rt. 24S (go over the Sakonnet River Bridge) towards Newport, RI. Follow Rt. 114 S to the traffic light at Admiral Kalbfus Rd.
(approx. 6 miles). Take a right onto Admiral Kalbfus Rd and follow it to the rotary at the Newport Jai Alai (Hi Li). Proceed
1/2 around the rotary and exit. Cross the railroad tracks and take a left at the traffic light at the top of the hill onto
Third Street. Third Street becomes a one-way street. When you get to the one-way sign, you need to turn right on Sycamore and go around the block to come back onto Third Street. The Chestnut Inn
Bed and Breakfast is the 3rd house on the right, 99 Third St.
West - South:
If you are coming from points far south like Philly.....Take Interstate 95 N to Rhode Island. Follow Interstate 95 N to
Rt.138 E (Exit 3A - Newport Bridge). Go over the Newport Bridge and take the first exit off. Proceed off the exit to the first traffic
light and take a right turn onto Van Zandt Ave. Go over Van Zandt Ave. bridge and take
your first right onto Third St. The Chestnut Inn Bed & Breakfast is the 3rd house on the right, 99 Third St.
East:
From Cape Cod follow Interstate 195 W towards Fall River, MA. to Rt. 24 S (Exit 8A). Stay on Rt. 24 S, passing by Fall River, MA.
