Weekends - $175.00 per night
Mid-Week - $150.00 per night
The November 1st to April 30th:
Weekends - $150.00 per night
Mid-Week - $125.00 per night
2 Night minimum on weekends.
3 Night minimum on holiday weekends.
During the summer season, we also offer weekly and monthly rental options.
Weekly - $1,500.00
Monthly - $5,000.00
The above rates do not include 7% Rhode Island State Tax.

Cancellation Policy:
Upon confirmation of your reservation, 1/2 of the total rental fee is immediately due and should be mailed to:

All rental deposits received are non-refundable unless the premises are re-rented for the same time period. If the premises are re-rented for the same time period, the deposit will then be refunded less 20%.
